BOOKING CONDITIONS

The Stifford Hall website acts as a booking portal for Stifford Hall only

Hotel rooms and packages featured on the Stifford Hall website are subject to the terms and conditions published by the applicable hotel. You agree to abide by such terms when making a reservation through the Stifford Hall website.

Credit card details are required in each instance and a deposit / Pre-authorisation may be required to guarantee your reservation. Full details are confirmed to you at time of booking. You are responsible for paying the hotel the remaining balance owed during your stay.

Where the hotel's currency is different to your own, your card will be charged at your bank's rate of exchange on the date of booking.

Stifford Hall takes great care to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and up to date. However, hotel amenities may change at any time or without notice. No warranty is made by Stifford Hall as to the accuracy of the information, services or advice provided or available through ourselves, or to the standards or suitability of a hotel for your stay. You agree that the use of, or reliance upon, any of the content of this site, including recommendations of hotels, products or services, is done entirely at your risk.

CANCELLATIONS, DEPOSITS AND CHARGES

All bookings are subject to an individual hotel's cancellation policy, and details are set out on your booking confirmation. When you make a booking, you are confirming that you have read and agree to that particular hotel's cancellation policy and the terms and conditions shown.

Cancellations must be notified to the hotel by email. Hotel cancellation policies specify a period before check-in when cancellations become subject to a penalty charge. Details are shown on your booking confirmation.

A non-arrival reservation will automatically be released in the system. If the client are not able to arrive for the first night of their stay for any reason, they must let the reservations team know so that they can secure the reservation for the remainder of the booking.

Booking deposits
Where booking deposits are taken by the hotel (as set out on your booking confirmation), these may be non-refundable at any time, depending on that hotel’s terms and conditions.

We recommend taking out personal travel insurance when booking, should you need to cancel for any reason.
